Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment are always the top priority of Union Pipes Industry or UPI-SA. We have an Integrated Management System that is specifically designed to ensure that we are on the part of continuous improvement for quality. It also ensures that our systems are well-suited for our workforce as well as the environment to prevent any injury to our workers and harm to our nature by pollution.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Highest quality is the promise that UPI makes to all its clients. We have a special team employed to keep a tab on the manufacturing process as well as post-production inspection of all the pipes for quality assurance. As an ISO 9001:2015 company, we have project-specific Inspection & Test Plan that we share with the clients to ensure they are fully satisfied. Our comprehensive Quality Control system continuously monitors each and every stage of the production process, right from receiving the raw material to delivering the products.

UPI Health & Safety

The resident HSE team of Union Pipes Industry strives to lower and eliminate any type of risk or hazard related to the workplace. As a certified BS OHSAS 18001:2007 company, we take all the measures to ensure the safety and health of our employees working in the factory.

Environment

Having ISO 14001:2015 compliance, UPI-SA makes sure that its manufacturing unit does to release any harmful toxins or pollutants to harm the environment. As an environment-friendly company, our aim is to recycle over 90% of the waste that is produced during the production of our pipes.
